Porter House in Norderstedt

It's a real SteakHouse. The prices are high. For these prices one would wish for “more” of everything. We went there twice. Once on business and once privately. It didn't get us that we wanted to repeat it.

The food was delicious and the meat fried very well!

Not for the first time we liked it very much. The staff was very friendly and reserved. The service worked very well, food and drinks came very quickly, although the restaurant was very busy. My steak was cooked on point and flavorful. Unfortunately the fried potatoes were a bit too greasy for my taste, but everyone likes that individually. We would love to come back.

Have been here several times and I'm thrilled every time. Super great atmosphere, steaks really tasty and of high quality, but also the side dishes (fried potatoes, mushrooms ...) were really good. The service was very friendly and attentive. Always my pleasure !!!

Food was very tasty, price-performance ratio okay, but sometimes quite long waiting times. All in all well worth a visit.

Evaluation once only for the corona rules: Guests without a mask will not be addressed. The waitress does not wear a mask. Waitress comes up to 30/40 cm to the guests - friendly to explain, but unacceptable in Corona times. No disinfectant in the toilets.

Rib eye was excellent, great dressing for the salad; everything was right and fit, and you pay a little more for that! And not to forget, nice and courteous service. In short: I am completely satisfied and will definitely come back here! Team ... keep it up !!!! 👌👌👌👍👍👍

This wasn't our first visit there, but today it was mega disappointing. We were very surprised that none of the staff there wears a face mask. I find that very worrying! In my latte macchiato, after half drinking, I found paper. I noticed this with the service staff who took him with her. I never got a new word of apology and no question if I would like to have another drink. On a note, the shop was very empty! When the food was cleared, another service member asked if everything was ok. I told them about my latte macchiato and asked for a new one. Our actual service staff came and said she was sorry. Unfortunately nobody asked if we would like another dessert. Sorry but service is different for me ......

Top service, steaks were really good and it's a nice atmosphere, especially outside. Beautiful works of art in the decoration. A bit expensive. Drink prices a bit outrageous.

Waitress very friendly. Food very tasty. Waitress was humorous as I laughed at my guest's plate. There was only a piece of parsley in the middle of the plate. And I told her that she probably wanted to put him on a diet. The restaurant is very cozy. However, the Porter House is not for the small budget. Food prices were okay, but drinks were expensive. Cola € 4. Alster water € 5.50 and a cup of coffee € 3. But, once a year you can definitely enjoy the delicious food. Highly recommended.

Nice service. Nice to sit outside. No salads with salmon or chicken or beef strips in the heat. Or baked potatoes with turkey strips. Salmon strips: simply small dishes for a small appetite. It was okay in terms of taste.

Enjoying your steak and beer in the outdoor area in sunny weather is just great. Excellent cuisine and very nice and helpful service. Smooth 5 stars from me!

Top beer garden with a really great atmosphere - but that's because of the fountain and plants. Unfortunately, this atmosphere is ruined by the poor service. You don't feel well. The behavior of the boss also and especially contributes to this. The food is good average, but also at the upper end of the price-performance ratio, especially in the children's menu. Overall: a shame. One star for the garden, one for the food.

When you sit in the garden, you have the feeling of being on vacation. The food is of consistently good quality. Friendly service. The only weak point on the menu is the mascarpone with blueberries. For one, much too sweet, okay, that's a matter of taste, but sprinkling five blueberries over it is cheeky to say the least .. Otherwise we like to eat there regularly.

The food is nothing special but well prepared and of good quality. Unfortunately, our waitress was little or no attentive! Our water was empty before we ate. When clearing up, we didn't ask for more supplies, we also had to ask for the dessert menu. She got the table next to us ... what a shame!

Was very empty tonight, so everything went quickly. Food was delicious and the steak medium, as requested. The prices are relatively high, therefore only 4 \ 5 stars.

Great store, it tastes good every time! Even if you arrive shortly before the end, you will still be served properly and you will not notice any hectic! Definitely a clear recommendation!

Fantastic food at a reasonable price. Very well presented garden, nice and clean inside. Very helpful staff who speak good English. The menu’s do come in English.

Steak was really good (maybe also due to skipping lunch! But no, really: it was really good). Not much else to say: the atmosphere was ordinary and service was quick (though I have to say I was rather early for dinner).
